AVAILABILITY & STYLEMy commissions are available through YCHs and occasional non-YCH commission openings! These are usually advertised on Discord, but I do try to keep my commission Trello updated with openings/info as well.At the moment, all of my commission types are experimental, meaning styles (linework, shading, highlighting, etc) will vary as I develop what suits me. For YCHs, some will be one-slot only, while others will be multi-slot.PAYMENTPayment is required within 24 hours of me accepting the commission. I accept USD through Cashapp (preferred), PayPal, or Venmo.Some commissions may also have alternative payment methods available such as art or character trades, but availability and info will vary.ARTWORK CHANGESI will send a work in progress at each stage of your commission, so please try to note any needed changes before approving that stage! I know sometimes you may not notice something until later (I've done this plenty myself), so changes to a previous stage will still be considered, but are not guaranteed. Changes are no longer offered one month after you have received the finished work.REFUND POLICYRefunds are given on a case-by-case basis based on where I am with the commission. Refunds are NOT guaranteed, but will generally follow:NOT STARTED = 100% Refund
AT THE SKETCH/LINE STAGES = 50% Refund
AT THE COLOR/RENDER STAGES = No RefundTry to make sure you want and can afford the commission before buying, otherwise please let me know ASAP if you need to cancel. Cancelled commission sketches/etc will be repurposed/resold to a new buyer, so you will not own the artwork in any way if a full/partial refund was given. The non-refunded portion of partial refunds goes toward my time for working on the commission before it was cancelled, not toward the purchase of the unfinished art.I absolutely understand that things happen and sometimes you have to cancel. With that said, I reserve the right to temporarily/permanently blacklist you from my commissions if canceling becomes an issue.TURNAROUND TIMES & UPDATESI do not guarantee a completion date unless discussed/approved in advance, however I try my best to have all commissions completed within 2-4 weeks from when payment is received. I will also always try to send regular updates, especially if I think the commission will be delayed past the normal timeframe, but feel free to ask for updates as you would like them as well (within reason, daily/excessive updates will not be given).ARTWORK RIGHTSAll of my commissions come with personal use rights only and cannot be sold for profit in any way (used as merch/etc). Commercial use rights can be discussed, but will cost extra. Prices will vary based on the artwork, business size, etc.ETCI reserve the right to refuse/cancel any commission for any reason. Cancelations on my end will follow the same refund policy stated above.I also reserved the right to change this TOS as I see fit. Currently updated as of December 2025.
